When you think of laptop brands, HP comes up among the first in the list, but is the company’s latest tablet/laptop hybrid worth its salt? We checked it out at Computex and have some opinions to share. Let’s get to it!
The first thing you will notice is the laptop’s interesting construction. It looks like many other tablets and laptops, but it is a little bigger and heavier (8.7 kilograms) than we expected. And the build quality could definitely be improved, as some parts do feel a little flimsy.
We are factoring in two batteries, though, which does add to the weight, aside from giving you about 14 hours of battery life. As with many other laptops, you can choose between Intel Core i3 or i5, and between 4 GB and 8 GB of RAM. You can also get 64 GB to 254 GB of internal storage.
Overall, we would say this is not the most comfortable or well-built device, but it may be convenient for those who need a device that will work under different circumstances. It should be available in September for an unknown price. Expect more details to show up soon.
