Following a series of image leaks that showed both the purported design of the Galaxy Note 4 and its retail box, new images have surfaced that allegedly show the display assembly of Samsung’s next-gen flagship phablet. Originating from Korea, and found by GSM Arena, the pictures show the front panel of a Samsung device as well as the actual display of the handset.
However, the design of this particular component doesn’t appear to perfectly match the screen of the Galaxy Note 4 shown in Monday’s leaked images. Various elements including corners, button shape and position of the front-facing camera aren’t exactly similar, so it’s not clear which leak is accurate.
Samsung is also rumored to be working on several other phablets on top of the new Note, including one with a flexible display – likely named the Galaxy Note Edge – as well as cheaper devices for customers that won’t necessarily be interested in a high-end Galaxy Note 4.
The newly leaked images showing this Samsung-labeled display, as well as an image showing yesterday’s leak, follow below.
