It's a very Interesting Android App that can make a part of your picture jiggling and bouncing!
HOW TO MAKE PICTURE JIGGLING ?
-choose a picture from sample gallary or capture Image.
-Press "MENU" button to add a wobble on the part of picture you which to jiggle.
-press on the circle to control the size of the circle.
-when its done then press "PREVIEW" and shake your phone to see the result.!
-AndWobble widget allows you to add your wobble picture on the screen
