I’m really getting tired of these “more premium” Galaxy S5 rumors. After almost half a year of speculations, Samsung introduced an upgraded Galaxy S5 last week, the Galaxy S5 LTE-A which brought a Quad HD screen,3 GB of RAM, and Snapdragon 805 CPU. The specs checked with those rumored for the Galaxy S5 Prime / Galaxy F everybody was talking about and I hoped the rumors have come to an end.
Well, no. Here’s a new photo of the alleged Samsung Galaxy F or Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime, or whatever you choose to call it. The photo leaked online courtesy of @evleaks and it’s not the GS5 LTE-A that was released in South Korea. Or at least that’s what Evleaks claims.
As you may see the smartphone has a gold body (if you can’t see it it’s because the “gold” is apparently on the back) and it seems that it’s different shade of gold than the one we’ve seen in the past weeks (behold, the other mighty golden Galaxy F). Apparently the new shade is called “Glowing Gold,” while the golden Galaxy F hue that leaked a couple of weeks was called “Perfect Golden.”
Whether it will be called Galaxy S5 Prime or Galaxy F, the new smartphone is expected to pack a 5.1-inch 2560 x 1440 screen, 3 GB of RAM, quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, the same 16 MP ISOCELL cam, and all the other specs common for any other high-end Android smartphone.
Will the Galaxy F see an international debut? We’ll see in the next couple of months.
