LTE-enabled LG G Pad 7.0 Reportedly Coming to AT&T

Earlier this year, the folks at LG introduced a trio of tablets: the G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0, and G Pad 10.1. The G Pad 7.0 and the G Pad 10.1 are already available for purchase in the US, but it seems that an LTE-friendly variant of the former tablet is headed to AT&T.

The information comes from our favorite leaker,Evan Blass (aka @evleaks), a guy who is very accurate when it comes to reporting about unannounced smartphones and tablets. According to him, the LTE-enabled AT&T LG G Pad 7.0 will have model number V410.

We aren’t surprised at all to hear that AT&T will be carrying an LTE variant of the 7-inch LG tablet, as it was previously rumored that Verizon will have the device in their line-up as well, which means that the LTE model will be widely available.

As you may know, the LG G Pad 7.0 is a mid-range tablet, but the great news is that it’s an affordable option. For example, WiFi-only model has a price tag of $149.99. The 7-incher has an 800 x 1280 pixels display, a quad-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, and a 4,000 mAh battery. On the back you will be able to find a 3 MP shooter, while the front panel accommodates a 1.3 MP secondary cam.

Evleaks failed to reveal when the LG G Pad 7.0 LTE will be made available at AT&T, or how much it will cost, but details like these are likely to show up online over the next few days.

Even though the LG G Pad 7.0 is not the most powerful tablet on the market, I am pretty sure that may customers would turn their attention to it because of the affordable price.
