AT&T to Carry LG G3 Vigor at $49.99 On-contract or $334.99 Off-contract

Back in July, the South Korean phone maker officially introduced the mid-range LG G3 S, a smartphone that will be sold on the US market as LG G3 Vigor. Earlier this month, the folks at Sprint officially revealed the price and release date for the LG G3 Vigor. AT&T also revealed that they will carry the LG G3 Vigor soon after, but they failed to give any details regarding its pricing and release date.

Now AT&T revealed more information regarding their plans with the LG G3 Vigor. According to a press statement issued today by the carrier, the new device will hit their line-up on September 26. Coincidence or not,Samsung’s Galaxy Alpha will arrive at AT&T on the same day.

AT&T also announced that you will be able to get your hands on the LG G3 Vigor for $49.99 with a two-year contract. If you don’t want to sign an agreement with them, you will also be able to get your hands on it for $334.99 outright.

In case you’ve missed the LG G3 Vigor announcement back in July, you should know that the device is basically a mid-range version of the LG G3. Hardware-wise, the smartphone arrives with a 5.0-inch IPS LCD screen with 720 x 1280 resolution, a quad-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, and 1 GB of RAM. It also brings 8 GB of native storage, support for microSD cards, 8 MP primary shooter, 1.3 MP user-facing camera, and 2,540 mAh battery.

The LG G3 Vigor also brings all the connectivity features worthy of a modern smartphone, including HSPA+, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, NFC, and microUSB 2.0. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box while integrating may of G3’s software features such as Knock Code, Smart Keyboard, Knock On, Smart Cleaning, Quick Memo, and more.
