If you have experience installing custom ROMs on your device, flashing CM 11 M11 shouldn’t give you any headaches. You will need a device with the bootloader unlocked, root access, and a custom recovery, then you know the drill: download the CM 11 M11 build for your device from Cyanogen’s website, download Gapps from here, then copy both files on your smartphone/tablet. Boot into recovery mode, select “install zip from sdcard,” then “choose zip from sdcard,” navigate to the location where you copied the CM11 M11 and Gapps ZIP files, then flash them like you would any other ZIP. Apply factory reset, then reboot the device in normal mode. Note that the Cyanogenmod team warns you not to apply an M11 build on top of any nightly beyond September 30th.
