The AT&T variant of the Galaxy Note 4 is now getting updated with a new software version. According to a number of users, a new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 4.4.4 update is now being rolled out at AT&T.
For the time being, there’s no official word from AT&T on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 4.4.4 update, so there’s no changelog available. It seems though that the update might be about adding the Chinese support, which was also added to other Samsung phones in America. Of course, there will be some bug fixes too and probably some performance improvements. Anyway, you shouldn’t expect anything major after updating your phone with the new firmware.
The AT&T users who already received the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 4.4.4 update are reporting that the update file has a size of 233.7 MB and that the build number is AUCU1BNK3. We are recommending you to download the update using a WiFi network to avoid damaging your data plan.
The new Android 4.4.4 update for AT&T Galaxy Note 4 is being rolled out over-the-air and, as usual, it will be pushed to users in stages. This means that you some of you would receive the update sooner than others. Once your terminal will be selected to receive the new update, you should receive a system update notification. All you need to do is tap on it, choose ‘Download now’, wait until the download is completed, then select ‘Install now’. Your smartphone should reboot and install the new firmware.
