LG G Flex 2 to Arrive at Carphone Warehouse on March 19, Pre-registration Now Live

Earlier this month, LG officially announced the launch of G Flex 2 at Consumer Electronics Show 2015 in Las Vegas. The G Flex 2 follows the recipe of its predecessor, sporting a curved P-OLED display and high-end hardware specifications. Now we hear that the new smartphone of the South Korean phone maker will be available for purchase in the UK at Carphone Warehouse.

The UK-based retailed has launched a pre-registration page for the LG G Flex 2. You can use the said page to get notified when the curved smartphone will become available for pre-order. All you need to do is fill in the form with your personal information and choose whether you would like to buy the device SIM-free or monthly and on which network. Unfortunately, there are no details regarding the price of the G Flex 2.

Carphone Warehouse also informs that they will start accepting pre-orders for the LG G Flex starting February 12th. The terminal will become available for purchase in their store as of March 19th.

As a refresher, LG G Flex 2 features  a 5.5-inch Curved P-OLED display with Full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution, a pixel density of 403 ppi, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, while being underpinned by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 chipset with quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex A53 CPU + quad-core 2 GHz Cortex A57 CPU and Adreno 430 GPU. The smartphone also arrives with 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, and microSD support up to 128 GB.

LG’s handset arrives with a 13 MP primary shooter with laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, dual LED flash, and support for 4K video recording, while the front panel accommodates a 2.1 MP camera sensor. It runs Android 5.0.1 Lollipop out of the box, it measures 49.1 x 75.3 x 7.1-9.4 mm and has a weight of 152 grams. G Flex 2 is kept alive by a 3,000 mAh battery, while packing all the connectivity features worthy of a modern smartphone including LTE, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy, NFC, IR blaster, and microUSB 2.0.
