Motorola has released the official pricing for their latest Moto G 4G LTE model and it has made it available from their own website for only $219.
Motorola Moto G is currently one of the most popular Android smartphone as there are more than six million devices sold only in 2014, making it Motorola’s best selling smartphone ever. Now, Motorola has decided to launch a 4G LTE model of Moto G which packs the same hardware specs as the original Moto G model.
Despite the fact that the original Moto G and the new 4G LTE -capable are very similar when it comes to hardware specs there are still some differences between them with the most evident one being that the latest model packs a 4G LTE antenna. Another chance added for the newer model is that it comes only with 8GB internal storage, so there will not be a 16GB model available for purchase. However, the 8GB models has support an external microSD slot that allows users of adding up to 32GB extra storage.
The Motorola Moto G 4G LTE variant specs are as following: 8GB internal storage, 32GB external microSD card support, 4.5 inch IPS LCD 720p display, 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB RAM, 5MP main camera, 1.3MP secondary camera, 2070 mAh non-removable battery and the stock Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
Moto G 4G LTE is running the latest build of Android 4.4.2 KitKat, but it is upgradeable to Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
This device was previously available from Amazon for purchase, but now you can get it straight from Motorola for a more than reasonable price. The 4G LTE Moto G performance should at least match the original Moto G capabilities and with a pricing set at $219 it might become one of the best deals you could ever hope for from a medium-end device.
Moto G 4G LTE has been officially presented last month and now it is available for purchase from Motorola’s website right away.
