Smartphones like Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, or Xperia Z2 are great, but these devices are coming with a big disadvantage: the really expensive price tag. Well, if you aren’t willing to spend all your money on a high end handset, like the ones mentioned above, then you should head your attention towards T-Mobile, as the carrier is preparing to release the Samsung Galaxy Avant, a new mid range Android based smartphone.
That Galaxy Avant has been leaked thanks to @evleaks and according to the same, this device will soon be unveiled by T-Mobile as an affordable 4G powered Android smartphone. As mentioned, Galaxy Avant will be a mid-range handset with decent, though not high end specs and features. In that matter, the phone will probably come with a dual core processor, along with at least 1 GB of RAM and an 8 MP rear facing camera.
As you can see in the picture from above, the phone is looking good, keeping the classic Galaxy design, while on the back we can notice a probably fake leather look-a-like case. Beside all these, the Avant will support 4G LTE connectivity and will feature Android 4.4.2 KitKat right of the box. Other hardware specs haven’t been yet mentioned, though we are expecting to see at least a 4.7 inch AMOLED display along with other interesting performances.
For now the Galaxy Avant might seem like a good successor for the Galaxy Light, Galaxy Trend or Galaxy Core, which are all mid range smartphones. Now, T-Mobile will probably release the Samsung Galaxy Avant somewhere during July, so an official statement should be made during the following weeks, when we will receive the full specs and features list along with the pricing offers.
Therefore, stay close as we will update you with further info as soon as something new gets out.
