There are numerous new games launched every week from Google Play Store and in this post we’ve tried to compile a list of five small titles for you to try on your Android smartphones.
If you’re looking for new ways to procrastinate, then you might be lucky and find your future new Android video game right here in our article. Check the list and note that most of these games will require you to pay a small fee in order to get them installed on your device.
Check all the titles and if you can think of any other better games that were launched recently in our Google Play Store, then you can tell us in comments, so we will be forced to update the guide.
The Ministry of Silly Walks -$1.68:
The game that’s inspired from Monty Python’s Ministry of Silly Walks sketch is now live from Google Play Store and it might possibly become the funniest thing for you to try this week.
Travel around London while trying to avoid obstacles and pigeons in order to gain coins and points and use them to buy power ups. The voice acting for this game has been done by John Cleese, the same guy in the Monty Python sketch. Use the coins to buy new suits and add new power ups if you want to set heigher levels of silliness.
The game is available for $1.68 from Google’s Play Store. It can be installed on all the Android 2.3 and later versions. Note that the game measures somewhere around 90MB and you might want to use a Wi-Fi connection in order to download it rapidly on your tablet or smartphone.
Super Pixelander – FREE:
This is an Arcade lunar landing video game that will have you control a small pixelated space ship and use it to collect gems and avoid asteroid belts, alien attacks, lava and other obstacles in order to complete the game and score the highest amount of points and beat your friends.
Super Pixelander is a typical arcade lunar lander that you simply have to play by dodging and shooting in order to unlock better weapons and score higher each time you start a new level.
Install this game on all Android 4.0 and later devices from Google Play Store.
Note that this title is available for free.
Wave Wave - $1.99:
A seizure inducing arcade video game for you try on your Android 2.3 and later tablet or smartphone. Wave Wave will have you shift up and down in order to avoid all the waves composed of triangles.
This is one of the most difficult video games I’ve played in the last 30 days and you should give it a try, too. It is great to play it on tablets and you will find eight different soundtrack albums, five modes of gameplay, six different difficulties, 25 great levels and support for split screen versus mode.
Please note that Wave Wave on Android can cause nauses and viewing discomfort and possible seizures, so you should close the game in case you manifest any of these symptoms. If you are experiencing such things that you can check the Settings menu and switch off some of the visual effects.
Install this game from Google Play Store.
