A new mid range, budget friendly Galaxy Ace smartphone is being prepared by Samsung for an upcoming release. The new Galaxy Ace NXT has been revealed, the phone coming with low range performances, but with a really alluring price, which will be perfect for the entry level Android users.
Anyway, don’t get too excited though as the Galaxy Ace NXT will be released only in India (until now there aren’t info related to other future releases); moreover, as you will see below, its specs and features are not impressive at all and a smartphone like the Motorola Moto E can always perform better than this new model of the Galaxy Ace lineup.
So, in term of specs and hardware performances, the Galaxy Ace NXT will bring a single core Spreadtrum SC7715 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 4 GB of internal storage 1 GB of RAM, micro SD card slot, a 4 inch WVGA touchscreen and a 3 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. On the other hand, the phone will feature dual SIM connectivity, 3G network and Android 4.4.2 KitKat right of the box. It will be really interesting to see how Samsung’s UI will run on a single core processor as we all know that there is a problem when talking about Samsung’s Nature UX.
Unfortunately that’s all we have found out about this new mid range device. As already mentioned, Samsung will launch the Ace NXT in India soon; there the smartphone will be priced at Rs. 7,399 (about $123), which is a fair deal if you ask me. Of course, if you want something better you can anytime choose other devices such as the recently released Motorola Moto E.
