The month of September is right around the corner and if you are a tech enthusiast you probably know already that IFA 2014 will debut on September 5th in Berlin. All the big players of the tech industry will be there and Sony couldn’t have missed the opportunity to introduce its new devices. In the meantime, the folks at Xperia Blog got their hands on an alleged invitation for Sony’s IFA 2014 press event.
The leaked Sony IFA 2014 press invitation (pictured above) is giving us some hints on what to expect from the Japan-based company. As you can see in the image above, Sony is ready to amaze us with a new Smart TV, most likely a 4K UHD model, new detachable camera lenses for phones, and what it looksl ike a set of speakers. There’s also a smartphone thrown in there, which may be the highly-anticipated Sony Xperia Z3.
Sony Xperia Z3 is expected to arrive with a quad-core processor (a Snapdragon 801 or Snapdragon 805 unit), 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB storage, microSD slot, and the same 20.7 MP shooter that can be found on the back of the Xperia Z2. If the rumors prove true, the Xperia Z3 will arrive with a 5.1-inch display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, while running Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Sony’s IFA 2014 press conference will take place on September 3rd at 4:15 PM CET. I remind you that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 will also see the light of day on September 3rd.
