The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been launched earlier today at IFA 2014 in Berlin and it is now the flagship phablet from Samsung. This device continues the Note tradition and it should offer a refreshed experience for all of its buyers.
The Galaxy Note 4 isn’t that much different from the previous Samsung Galaxy Note 3 device that was launched in the fall of 2013. It comes with an improved screen and some new software features that should offer it a small edge over its competitors. If you’re a fan of Samsung products then this device is the one that you should at least take for a test run if you don’t have the means to buy one after its October launch.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 specs are as following: 5.7 inch inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen, resolution set at 2560 x 1440, 2.7 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 805 CPU or the 1.9 GHz Octa-Core Exynos CPU (the CPU model differs for various countries and networks), 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and support for adding external storage that goes up to 64GB, 16MP rear facing camera with Smart OIS software, 3.7MP front facing camera with new Wide Selfie feature, 4G Cat 4, 4G Cat 6, 3G / HSPA+. 2.5G support, 3220 mAh removable battery, Fast Charging technology. All this ensemble of hardware elements is running the Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.
Also, you should take a look at the Galaxy Note 4 software specs: Air Command with Action Memo, Smart Select, Image Clip, Screen Write, S Note, Snap Note and Direct Pen Input, also it comes with improved Multi Window, Ultra Power Saving Mode, Voice Recorder, Interview Mode Recording capability, Dynamic Lock Screen, Briefing, Download Booster, S Health 3.5, UV sensor, Heart Rate Monitoring, Bluetooth v4.1, IR LED, HDR rich tone software for camera along with Selective Focus, Rear-cam Selfie, Dual Camera, Virtual Tour Shot, Shot & More, Beauty Face, and others. These are only a couple of some of the multitude of Galaxy Note 4 software capabilities.
Tell us what you think about this new smartphone from Samsung and whether you are seriously considering buying one after it gets released in October. There is no official word on its pricing, but we think that it shouldn’t go over $800 for the unlocked version.
